We continually monitor and make efforts to improve all of our business processes applying rigorous quality management systems to ensure quality control. We collaborate with clients to ensure our systems are working effectively for each individual bespoke contract. delivering a personal touch our clients experience the benefits of this process and in turn we have built many long-standing relationships.
The cleaning industry is one of the lowest paid sectors and in order to maintain a reliable service we understand the role our employees play. We look after our staff with continual training, sick pay, holiday pay and clients are given the option to support the London Living Wage scheme. The respect and care we show our staff is reflected in their dedication and the excellence they deliver.
All staff are properly vetted and must provide the necessary paperwork before they are able to work. DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks will also be run where necessary.
